I usually go through Cycleteknix. They have reasonably ok bikes (nothing fancy, but in good nick) and they deliver around Cape Town.
Cycling in the Western Cape is a treat for riders of all skill levels. The area offers a mix of scenic coastal roads, mountain trails, and vineyard routes. Whether you're into road cycling or mountain biking, you'll find something to enjoy, all set against the beautiful backdrop of landscapes like Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean.

My favourite route along stunning scenery. Two major hills are along the way. Suikerbossie and the cyclist-must-see Chapman's Peak. There's a little cafe in Noordhoek serving breakfast/lunch - great to build up strength for the return journey.
There's a few different routes along the Peninsular - here's one I did with a friend a while back:
Another race I did. In particular the first half is through great scenery in the Winelands.
Don't like hills and prefer zooming along the coast? Head north towards Big Bay or Melkbos. Plenty of long straights, most of which go along dedicated cycle paths.
There are plenty of great spots for mountain biking.
A lot of wine farms have opened up single track routes along their vineyards. Great scenery and who doesn't want to finish a cycle with a glass or two?
